Petty theft if she is charged at all. Unlikely that charges will be filed if police were not called.

Th sanctions order is an actionable judgment that can be enforced by garnishing wages, etc.

YOU CAN SUE BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY DAMAGES (MEDICAL BILLS, ETC.) JUST SOME EMOTIONAL DISTRESS. THEREFORE IT IS PROBABLY NOT WORTH IT.
