you can try to contact opposing counsel and indicate that you are not the person and the person who they are trying to reach does not live with you.

you need to retain a lawyer. unfortunately as a cosigner they are coming after you because you have assets and the primary must of flaked out. ...

You can file a complaint with the state bar and you can also sue them in state court for breach of contract in small claims court. Good luck.

3 day notice was put on my door. Rent is due the 1st and we have a 5 day grace period. On the 6th, I received 3 day notice.

Not necessarily. You are in default. You need to pay the money owed within 3 days or tey will proceed with an eviction.
