you can ask for the emails. You are entitled to all documents in your client file.

if you have been sued you should hire a lawyer who can prepare a defense to the lawsuit brought by your mother. Good luck.

It is possible to structure am agreement Like this . However most attorneys I know do either a flat fee or hourly rate which does not change
