He is in violation of federal law but not state law if he is following the rules.

Unless you voluntarily leave they will need to file a lawsuit and go through the whole process. If you answe the complaint it will take longer...

It is certainly resonable to not know you had a fracture right away. Waiting the one day should not cause you a problem.

does are unknown defendants. they are pled to protect the right to substitute later other defendants if it becomes necessary.
