If you don't pay they can take you to court but will they for such a small amount and they are going to have to explain how if you stole 130...

25.00 is the fine for a fix it when it is dismissed after being signed off.

you need to talk to a lawyer ASAP so you can try to set aside the default and defend the action.
Claim against contractor is $40K. Can I separately sue bond company for $6500 and then contractor for $10K in small claims?

Sue them both in superior court. You will waive claims for rest of money since you cannot split claims. Hire a lawyer.

No you create your own pleading and list all statements witnesses and evidence you plan to introduce at trial.

You file the cross complaint in the same action and need to have a summons issued for the cross complaint.
