you will need to domesticate the sister state judgment here and once that is accomplished obtain a writ and serve it along with wage garnishment...

first of all you should hire a lawyer. I generally plead the complaint in more generic fashion and provide specifics in discovery.

you can try to settle the debts or you can wait until you get sued to resolve them. Are the letters from law firms within California?
