Yes you are still responsible for the loan until it is paid off and closed. You need to go out to the dealership and hopefully they are reputable...

get a lawyer to assist you. they are not taking you seriously. a lawyer sending a letter and or suing them is what may be needed.
When serving court documents, does the server have to include the 'Proof of Service" along with the documents being served?

proofs of service are filed by the server later at the courthouse. turn the papers over to a lawyer to review and assist in filing a timely response.
