I have not heard of such a thing for alcohol class. I believe it is mandatory upon conviction of alcohol related offense such as VC 23152

Yes they need to establish a chain of assignments showing that the particular debt was assigned.

I do not know if there is a book which has all of the objections listed. Hire a lawyer as discovery is highly technical and if done wrong can cost...
