a judgment is good for ten years and can be renewed for another ten years.

if she fails to appear a bench warrant will be issued for her arrest. She needs to talk to a local lawyer who can advise how to handle the situation.

there is nothing which requires a notice to be typed so long as it has all of the appropriate information in it.
