IT SOUNDS LIKE THEY ASSUMED THE RISK THE LEASE WOULD NOT BE RENEWED. WHY THJEY DID NOT OBTAIN A RENEWAL OF LEASE BEFORE BUYING BUSINESS IS BEYOND ME.
