if they are stopped by the police they will be arrested. You can try wage garnishments, bank levy's turn over orders, etc.

YOU CAN FILE A MOTION TO RECLASSIFY THE CASE. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU DISCUSS DAMAGES WITH AN ATTORNEY BEFORE YOU TAKE ANY ACTION.
