No. The limit on unpaid rent is one year. You should consider hiring a UD attorney to handle the eviction for you.

exhibits are attached documents to a declaration. trial documents are also referred to as exhibits.

you need to file a petition to vacate the arbitration award. There is a judicial council form ADR-106 if i recall but you need an attorney.
