Ideally contact your employer to help out with the process. If it is not covered, your wife will independently apply for H-4 at the Consulate. ...

I had filed for my Green Card in July of 2007. I received my EAD in December 2011and since them we have been renewing our EAD.

Keep an eye out on the visa bulletin. When you see it get current, contact your attorney so he can follow up on your behalf.
