An employer may apply but it will be difficult to get approved based on 45 day employment. Other option is to wait and apply for a full six years...

Employer B's extension petition cannot be approved unless A's is approved because you are in the period of authorized stay.

Enter on H-4 is the purpose is follow to join your H-1B spouse. If the purpose is to change status soon after entering, I do not recommend...

I had a H1-B visa , which was approved in 2008 and expired in 2011. Can i fall into the exempt category and use that approval ?
