Julia Wobbe

Julia Wobbe is the founder of Wobbe Tenant Law, PC, a California law firm dedicated exclusively to representing tenants in disputes against landlords and property owners. She focuses on wrongful eviction, landlord harassment, habitability, retaliation, disability accommodations, and other tenant rights matters throughout California.

Before founding her own firm, Julia spent more than a decade representing tenants at one of California's leading tenant rights firms, where she litigated more than 100 cases from pre-litigation through settlement. She is known for her strategic approach, thorough preparation, and commitment to maximizing results for her clients.

Julia represents tenants on a contingency fee basis in most litigation matters, allowing clients to pursue justice without paying attorney's fees upfront. She is highly selective in the cases she accepts and is committed to providing thoughtful, individualized representation from the initial consultation through resolution.

Julia has been selected to the Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for 2018 through 2026, an honor awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in Northern California.

Outside of work, Julia enjoys traveling, attending music festivals, staying active through strength training, and reading books on neuroscience and psychology. Her interest in human behavior and decision-making informs her approach to negotiation, advocacy, and client representation.
