What impressed me most was that Irina reaction to the facts that I was presenting to her completely matched the reaction of the judge later at the hearing. She is an experienced attorney who knows the (weird and hard to explain, in my opinion) reactions of the judge to my evidence and statements. Sh...e can tell even before the hearing. And it is an important skill. To me and, probably, every reasonable person, the judge acted more like a sadistic petty tyrant. I would not be able to predict his reactions myself, because it was at odds with all the laws that I could find online. Irina did not explain me why the judge acted this way, but she knew what he would say. Overall, family court is a weird phenomenon. The abuser and fraudster can sue her victim and nobody cares. Lying is ok, framing someone is ok, breaking laws is ok. It seems, every criminal can escape the punishment if she is able to bring her case to the family court, because this is where she can lie all she wants, and they don't care. So, attorneys such as Irina can protect you from all of this. I read a lot of online posts that false accusations should be made a felony, and absolutely agree with them. I hope that it will happen. But this is another topic.

During my exhaustive (and exhausting), two-year custody case, Irina represented me at two multi-day trials -- and I am deeply grateful for her efforts and abilities. Without going into too much detail, I was accused of everything under the sun, and the outcome of these trials would decide whether or ...not my child would be allowed to have her father in her life. Everything was at stake. This is why I feel I was incredibly lucky to have Irina represent me during these trials. I was amazed at her ability to FOCUS on the truly important things during the trial in order to guide the proceedings to the best possible outcome for me. To that effect, she is able to instantly process new information that arises during the course of a trial and use it almost immediately in my best interests. Equally important is that Irina knows not only how and when when to make compelling and concise arguments and argue her case exhaustively, but also when NOT to speak, to ALLOW the opposing counsel to make a critical misstep (which Irina will surely use against opposing counsel shortly). This ability cannot be overstated in a drawn out court case! Irina is sharp, professional, experienced and eloquent -- and that has made all the difference in my custody case. I am very grateful to Irina for what she has done for me and my daughter, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a good divorce lawyer.

I think that the most important trait for a lawyer is the ability to think on your feet - quickly react to the opposing counselor mistakes, change your strategy based on what happens in the courtroom. A lawyer could have a good defense planned, but anything could happen in the courtroom. Things don’...t go according to plan. And this ability to react instantly, use whatever unravels in the courtroom to your advantage is what makes a difference between winning and losing a case. Fortunately for us Irina Aerov is one of those brilliant lawyers, who reacts immediately and strikes precisely. We had a long and painful custody battle with the other party throwing our way every possible accusation in the book. We fought and won every single one of them! To be precise - she fought for us and she won. I highly recommend Irina Aerov to anyone who needs legal representation in a family court, or for any other legal issue for that matter.
