Todd Carl Harshman

Todd Harshman is a partner in the firm's San Francisco office. His practice is concentrated in civil litigation, focusing primarily on subrogation and recovery, torts, product liability, contracts and unconstitutional takings. Mr. Harshman also handles California workers' compensation subrogation.

Mr. Harshman has experience in large loss and catastrophic loss subrogation matters, such as complex construction defect litigation, wildfires, and floods. Mr. Harshman has extensive experience in brief writing for state, federal, and appellate courts across the nation, and assists the NASP Amicus Commitee in summarizing subrogation-related legislation.

Mr. Harshman received his B.A. in mathematics and his B.A. in economics from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota. He earned his law degree at the University of California Hastings College of Law in San Francisco, where he was Notes Editor for the Hasting Constitutional Law Quarterly.
