Since the enactment of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act ("PSLRA"), I have represented hundreds of investors, officers and directors and companies in securities actions. I represent both plaintiffs and defendants in securities actions and also in derivative litigation. Finally, I've represented scores of individuals and companies in government and private investigations relating to securities matters.

In addition to securities class actions, I have also handled a number of consumer class actions on issues ranging from the funtionality of software to the representations made by a defunct trade school to its students.

I have assisted dozens of clients with the negotiation, drafting and enforcement of contracts and agreements.

I have represented a number of individuals and companies in privacy-related investigations and litigation. The majority of these representations have related in one way or another to government investigations.
