Thankful for Morgan

I had the privilege of working with Morgan Kimmey over the past 2.5 years with my highly emotional and complicated divorce and custody case. I had decided to end my 20+ year marriage, which was already long broken, 7 months after we unexpectedly lost our son. Needless to say, I was very fragile and q...uite a mess. Morgan, Valerie, and the entire team were very gentle, kind, and patient with me. Morgan made sure I understood what was being done or needed at each step. I found Morgan to be extremely supportive, yet honest. She was very realistic and would explain her line of thought and reasoning behind it. This helped me to understand things much better. Ending a long-term marriage and fighting for custody of a teen had its ups and downs, and brought on many unexpected challenges for me. Morgan helped me through many tearful phone conferences. I learned that there are “no winners” in a divorce, especially if there are children involved. People’s true colors will always eventually come out; as will the truth. Having Morgan by my side for support and guidance has allowed me to swallow my pride and permit my daughter to move to a different state with her dad at her request. This completely shattered my heart and world, but together we came up with a fair and agreeable visitation plan. The relationship with my daughter is closer than ever since moving away!! In the end, I’ve honestly been able to learn to “let it go” in regard to the divorce and look forward to what the next chapter of my life brings me! I’m ready for my journey thanks to The Fenchel Family Law Firm and most importantly, Morgan Kimmey whom I will forever be thankful for

Relentless Advocates for Fathers’ Rights and Justice

Relentless Advocates for Fathers’ Rights and Justice Jennifer Ani, Morgan Kimmey, and their incredible team changed my life. From day one, they approached my custody case with honesty, strategy, and heart. We had a very clear mission: to secure physical custody, the right of first refusal, and vac...ation time with my daughter. Those were the only three things we ever wanted—and we got them. Everything else that came along was just a bonus. We stayed focused on the long run, the big picture, and what truly mattered: being a present and active father. And we won. Before this case even began, I had always been an involved father, even while living in another state. I never missed an opportunity to show up for my daughter. Eventually, I made the life-changing decision to move to the state where she lives—so I could be closer, more available, and more involved in her daily life. That decision wasn’t easy. It meant sacrifice, uncertainty, and stepping into a legal fight that I knew wouldn’t be simple. But I did it because my daughter deserves her father—and because I believe in showing up. With Jennifer and Morgan by my side, I showed the court exactly that. And we achieved exactly what we set out to do. The process was incredibly stressful. I faced false accusations and personal attacks—efforts to paint me as an unfit parent and question my abilities as a father. These were emotional blows that could shake anyone’s confidence. But through it all, Jennifer, Morgan, and their team never wavered. They stood by me with calm, strength, and clarity. They didn’t just give me legal advice—they gave me perspective, support, and a sense of direction when everything felt chaotic. What set them apart was their honesty. They didn’t make empty promises or tell me only what I wanted to hear. They gave me the truth—even when it was hard. That kind of honesty builds real trust, and in a custody case, trust in your legal team is everything. Every piece of advice was grounded in experience, strategy, and a real understanding of what was possible. I never felt misled. I always felt prepared. As fathers, we often feel like the system is against us. That’s not paranoia—it’s reality for many of us. Time and time again, we see mothers favored in court, even when both parents are loving, capable, and committed. Jennifer and Morgan understand that. They don’t just fight for custody—they fight for fairness, for truth, and for the idea that fathers matter too. They know our kids need us, and they fight with heart to make sure we’re heard and respected. Their entire team is responsive, proactive, and truly invested in the outcome of your case. They make you feel like you’re not alone—that you have people in your corner who are just as committed as you are to doing what’s right. And most importantly, they helped me regain something I thought I had lost—faith in the family court system. With the right team, the truth, and the right focus, justice can be done. My case is proof of that. To any father out there feeling overwhelmed, unheard, or uncertain—don’t give up. Don’t lose hope. Jennifer Ani, Morgan Kimmey, and their team will fight for you with everything they’ve got. They’ll give you honesty, strength, and the best legal support you can ask for. I’m living proof that the system can work—when you have the right people by your side. Thank you, Jennifer, Morgan, and the entire team—for fighting for me, for my daughter, and for what is right

Hardworking, Thorough, Execellent

My divorce and custody case has been difficult due to my ex being a drug addict but every step of the way Morgan kept fighting with me to protect me and my kids. My case isn’t quite over yet but within a year we have accomplished so much. Morgan believed me and believed in me. Morgan always gets thin...gs done when she says she will, uses her resources to get the best outcome, and handles herself well in court. I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney!

Initially facing supervised visitation, Morgan's strategic approach secured joint legal custody and non-supervised visits in a reasonable timeframe. We made strides in family court each time we ap...peared. Her professionalism and commitment to positive outcomes make her an outstanding advocate. I highly recommend Morgan for anyone navigating challenging family legal matters.
