Biography
James Bostwick is one of the founding attorneys at Bostwick & Peterson LLP. He has been practicing trial law for more than 45 years and is currently a member of good standing with both the California State Bar Association and the Hawaii State Bar Association. Unlike many attorneys in his field, Mr. Bostwick has been certified as a specialist in medical malpractice by the American Board of Professional Liability. He has been responsible for some of the largest and most significant jury verdicts and settlements in the nation. He formerly served as the President of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and appears as one out of only 60 plaintiff attorneys in California listed on the “Best Lawyers in America.” He has also been featured for his skill and prominence in the field in magazines such as Forbes and Newsweek.
