About me

Partner in Land Use, Natural Resource, Energy & Water Law

Highly experienced attorney focusing on land use, natural resource, energy, and water law, representing private and public clients in permitting, transactional and litigation matters.

I help private and public clients find their way through this maze to get things done -- whether in permitting, deal making or litigation.

Core capabilities include issues involving siting and development of renewable and conventional energy projects (including over 1,000 MWs of utility-scale solar PV projects to date, and numerous transmission lines and upgrades), surface water and groundwater rights; development entitlements and associated general plan, zoning, annexation and water supply issues; wetlands; endangered species; NEPA and CEQA; the Coastal Act; conservation easements and transactions.
