Biography
Hedi Framm-Anton has been a dedicated advocate for immigrants since 1984. She dedicates herself to helping vulnerable immigrants, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, achieve lawful status in the United States. Hedi believes that an immigration case is only truly complete when a client achieves U.S. citizenship.
Over the last 30 years Hedi has represented clients in many facets of immigration law representation, among them consular processing, U visas, T visas, TPS, DACA, adjustment of status, Cancellation of Removal, and removal defense.
At the present time, Hedi is dedicating her expertise only to deportation defense and the relief of political asylum and withholding. Given the current complexity and challenge of asylum law and deportation defense, her focus is on representation before the San Francisco and Concord Immigration Courts.
The firm has a commitment to assisting victims of severe trauma. This extends to childhood trauma and abuse, which may be an avenue for a grant of humanitarian asylum. The firm has extensive experience and knowledge of the histories of Central and South America.
