When I answer or file a motion in a case, does plaintiff's lawyer actually send a copy of all pleadings to their client?

Different attorneys do things differently. As the party has an attorney you need to direct all communications to their counsel.
Can a Court reinstate a case after dismissing it, whether dismissed at the lower/trial courts or in the higher courts?
