Scott Brennan Baez

Scott Baez joined Walkup Melodia Kelly & Schoenberger as an Associate upon his admission to the California Bar in 2020. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2019. He received his B.A. in History from the University of Nevada in 2014.

Scott represents plaintiffs in wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases involving vehicular negligence, premises liability, dangerous conditions of public property, defective vehicles, and medical malpractice. He works tirelessly to achieve the best possible result for his clients, and to ensure that wrongdoers improve safety practices to prevent future harm.
