“Your business needs more than just legal expertise to compete in a disruptive economy and navigate an uncertain regulatory environment. You need someone who can fight for your company and deliver real value.”
Before joining Kronenberger Rosenfeld LLP, Conor worked in Washington, D.C. as the Appellate Advocacy Fellow with the Electronic Privacy Information Center, drafting amicus briefs to the Supreme Court and key circuit panels concerning the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, constitutional violations under federal statute § 1983, and open government laws. Conor served as a key staffer on the organization’s most successful challenge to existing regulations under the Administrative Procedures Act, decided by the D.C. Circuit Federal Court of Appeals. The FTC featured Conor as a regulatory expert for an industry Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) panel.
