As Senior Counsel at Wells Fargo Bank, I draft and negotiate vendor contracts (technology licenses and development, consulting/processing services, ASP/SaaS, hardware, etc.). I work with compliance/risk management to develop vendor management policy/procedures. I assist in the oversight of 150 non-attorney contracts managers to escalated legal issues. I help create forms/templates and negotiation manuals, and do training to ensure this group effectively handles the contracts assigned.
