Randall F. Rabidoux

Randy represents a diverse array of family law clients from high-profile artists and Silicon Valley entrepreneurs to stay-at-home parents. He has experience handling complicated valuation and financial matters involving private equity, real estate, equity compensation, royalties, and intellectual property. His practice regularly involves collaboration with financial and legal experts.

Randy understands the unique aspects of each case and marshals creative problem solving to obtain favorable outcomes to the issues most important to his clients. His forceful but practical approach, whether in pre-divorce counseling, litigation, or consulting with clients engaged in mediation helps him to achieve the best result in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. He regularly appears in San Francisco and San Mateo public courts, and handles cases before private judicial officers.

Randy has 14 years of family law experience. He began his family law career as a paralegal for a top-tier boutique family law firm in San Francisco. He put himself through law school by continuing to work as a paralegal and then a certified law clerk representing clients at family law proceedings while in law school. Having handled hundreds of cases during his 14 years of family law experience, Randy knows firsthand how to navigate the court system from filing with the clerk’s office to arguing a case to a judge.

Randy is a dedicated advocate for using technology to improve his representation of clients. He lives in San Francisco with his wife and three children, and, as a passionate environmentalist, spends as much time as possible outdoors.
