Client attended a concert at Shoreline and was rousted by the Mountain View Police Department for public urination and a search discovered two hits of MDMA. Client initially charged with felony posses ... sion then reduced to misdemeanor. Although DA offered drug diversion, we pushed for better and they offered to dismiss all charges so long as he completed 30 hours of community service, which he did and today all charges were dismissed.
