OUTCOME: ALL CHARGES DISMISSED

Client was arrested by San Mateo County Sheriff after being stopped for speeding. Client submitted to two PAS test of .07% BAC and later breath tests of .07% and .08% BAC. Client made the mistake of ... retaining a different DUI attorney who left him with the only option to plead to a "wet reckless." Client held a professional license making any misdemeanor conviction a potential problem so he then retained me for the jury trial. After two settings thereafter, the DA conceded that he would have a tough time sustaining his burden of proof and graciously dismissed all charges.

Client stopped by Pacifica Police Department for speeding in excess of 30 mph over the limit and weaving. Client refused PAS and breath/blood tests, a fact that was further complicated by the client h ... aving been convicted of two prior DUI's, one of which was more than ten years old. So, this was technically his THIRD DUI. Settled the case today for modest punishment since the refusal and speed enhancements were dismissed. No IID ordered and client's fine heavily reduced.

Client arrested by CHP after speeding and weaving on the Bay Bridge and declining the PAS test. Later breath tests came in at .10% and .08% with an additional blood test reading .09% BAC, respectively ... . Over one year later, we finally resolved the case for a reduction to Reckless Driving for 18 Months Probation, reduced fine of $850, and a 12 hour DUI School.
