Biography

Mindy Lauren Ross is the founder of Winter & Ross, a top-tier California family law firm. Ms. Ross is nationally known for her work in the field of family law; she has represented Hollywood actors, rock stars, and Silicon Valley entrepreneurs. As a Certified Family Law Specialist, Ms. Ross handles all areas of family law matters and has extensive experience in cases involving complex assets and high net worth individuals. Ms. Ross settles over 95% of her cases and has an impressive track record of courtroom victories. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in political science and literature from Pitzer College of the Claremont Colleges in 1978, Ms. Ross earned her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University in 1981. She is admitted to practice law in California.
