Biography
I have practiced business immigration law since 1998, with concentrated experience in labor certifications and EB-1 petitions for Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researchers and Multinational Managers. I have served a broad range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies and individuals in the semiconductor, manufacturing, oil, finance, non-profit, online gaming, nursing and IT industries, and have worked extensively developing internal immigration technology and processes for law firms and companies. I have created training programs on various topics of company compliance. I have also led numerous seminars for corporate immigration professionals and for multinational companies and their employees across the United States, as well as Continuing Legal Education trainings for attorneys.
I practice in Gibney’s San Francisco office. I am conversant in Spanish and have traveled to more than 45 countries.
