Biography
I help guide clients and families through some of the most difficult and painful legal times in their lives. Whether elder clients need to protect themselves from vulnerability while maintaining their autonomy through estate planning, children seek to protect their parents from financial abuse, or families want to resolve their inheritance disputes practically, I approach each client and matter with respect and compassion.
Inheritances are finite resources. Everyone benefits when less of their money is spent fighting, so I aim to resolve matters outside of court either through direct negotiation with counsel or pre-litigation mediation. However, if and when court redress becomes necessary, I assertively take clients through the entire litigation process from pleading through trial through appeal.
I also represent trustees and other fiduciaries whose actions and decisions are being challenged by beneficiaries and heirs. Conversely, I represent beneficiaries and heirs who believe they have been wronged by those in control of their property.
My drive and passion for this area of the law has garnered me an excellent reputation among my peers.
