My practice primarily involves internal corporate disputes within closely held corporations as well as shareholder disputes involving such corporations. Where possible, I seek non-litigated resolutions but work with litigation partners where needed.

I handle a full range of federal tax matters involving individuals, partnerships, corporations and tax exempt organizations, including audits, appeals and Tax Court proceedings. I also provide tax planning for inbound foreign investors.

I provide outside general counsel-type services to companies covering a full range of issues including business contracts, license agreements and other commercial agreements.

My primary in mergers and acquisitions is to develop tax efficient strategies to achieve the clients' goals.
