I am a problem solver who thinks outside the box and does not lose focus on the bigger picture. 

I have experience litigating business disputes, helping consumers against unfair business practices, dealing with complex real estate and construction issues, representing landlords and tenants, and handling intellectual property matters. 

Prior to starting the Law Offices of Charlie W. Yu, I served as a judicial law clerk in the Civil and Appellate Divisions of the San Francisco Superior Court and as a judicial extern under Chief Judge Vaughn R. Walker of the United States District Court. At the courts, I assisted judges in deciding cases ranging from minor traffic violations to national security matters. I have been exposed to the full gamut of issues and I am able to draw on my experiences to think strategically and position my clients for the best possible resolution.
