Andrew Benjamin Butler

Andrew is a New York-trained corporate attorney interested in the convergence of law, business and technology. Based in San Francisco, Mr. Butler's practice focuses on strategic and financial acquisitions of technology companies. 

After two years of rotating through Banking, Insurance and Investment Management practice groups at a New York law firm, Mr. Butler joined the Mergers & Acquisitions group at a west coast firm with deep Silicon Valley roots.  Andrew's practice centers around the buying and selling of technology companies, in transactions of variable size, complexity, geographic reach, timelines, sophistication/maturity of parties.

A Los Angeles native, Andrew earned his degrees in New England and Washington, DC before beginning his career in New York City.  Now practicing in San Francisco, Mr. Butler has immersed himself in the Bay Area tech eco-system, where big ideas collide with sharp minds, forward-thinking institutions, and the capital to fuel growth - transforming bright ideas into the tools of tomorrow.
