J. Noah Hagey

Noah Hagey is the managing partner of BraunHagey & Borden LLP, a boutique firm that protects businesses, investors and entrepreneurs in high-stakes legal disputes in California, New York and around the country. He has successfully prosecuted and defended dozens of bet-the-company cases for Fortune 500 companies, private businesses, foreign sovereigns, and other clients throughout the U.S. and internationally. Noah also has served as general counsel to several companies and routinely consults private equity and hedge funds regarding litigation risk, pre- and post-exit due diligence, and other liability issues.

Under Noah’s leadership, the firm has secured ground-breaking judgments and settlements exceeding several billion dollars, including a highly publicized Top-100 national trial judgment.
