Greed Card approved - thanks to our lawyers who prepared us and made everything!!! Our case started in 2015 (adjustment of status through marriage). We submitted documents in February 2016 - the delay was caused from our side, because we needed to find some required documents. Wilson Purves an...d his assistant Maria Bezzhon were helpful and competent. They were keeping in touch with me all the time, answering all my questions, worries and concerns (and I had a lot of them). And yesterday, on October, 21 we had our interview in USCIS - and petition was approved! We had a lot of documents already submitted (thanks to our lawyers), a lot of them with us - all the originals, some more photos and proofs of mutual life. Interview was very easy, we were not asked any documents, and just a few questions. Officer was very friendly. Also we were prepared very good, I felt confident that we have everything what we need and can answer any question. At first my husband was insisting on going without lawyers' help (obviously because he was paying the bills :), and I said that we can perhaps prepare everything by ourselves, but it will cost me I don't know how much nerves and health. You know, when you search something in Internet, you find contradicting answers. And when it's law related, it's very important to know exactly what you need to do. I am very worrying person. And with Wilson's help we just needed to have all documents from our side (like marriage certificate, birth certificates, my husband's divorce decree, etc) and come to the interview. Wilson and Maria were so much helpful and knowledgeable. I almost didn't worry at all :) It was definitely a very good experience. If I need to deal with any immigration procedures again, I would definitely refer to Wilson's help again!
