OUTCOME: Jury verdict for client

Ms. Hillger represented the plaintiff in an unlawful discrimination/retaliation employment case. The case proceeded to a jury trial, and after two weeks, the jury found in favor of the client and she ... obtained all of her requested economic damages along with non-economic ("emotional distress") damages. The attorney’s fees/costs award under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (“FEHA”) was also successful (March 25, 2015 order)
