Katharine T Van Dusen

Katharine Van Dusen is an experienced litigator who focuses on complex business and commercial disputes in state and federal courts. She has represented individuals and businesses in a range of matters, including consumer class actions, business torts, real estate disputes, and contract and partnership disputes. Katharine’s practice includes case investigation, discovery, settlement negotiations, bench and jury trials, and appeals.  She has also represented pro bono clients in immigration proceedings, unlawful detainer actions, and debt collection cases. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Vaughn R. Walker of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
