John Milton Anderson

John Anderson is a prominent counsel and legal advisor to the marketing services industry. He has more than 25 years of experience with advertising, new media, branding and strategy, direct response, design, market research, and public relations matters.

John's clients range from large multinational corporations to small emerging agencies. He has served as counsel to a variety of trade organizations and as a legal advisor toAdweek Magazine and The Clio Awards. John has extensive experience advising start-up advertising and new media agencies, including, most recently, two of the nation's most successful integrated agencies.

John is an experienced trial lawyer and has tried more than 45 jury trials involving a wide variety of civil disputes. He has argued to the U.S. Supreme Court in cases involving privacy and federal securities law and was elected a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers in 1987.
