Justin C Hsiang

Justin Hsiang is a bilingual attorney who specializes in immigration, commercial, corporate, and tax laws. Attorney Hsiang graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in business management/finance and received his J.D. from Boston College Law School where he focused his coursework studies on Federal Income Taxation.

Attorney Hsiang customarily assists small businesses with legal entity selection (Sole Proprietorship, Limited Liability Company, Domestic, Non-Profit, and Professional Corporation, Limited Liability Partnership, Limited Partnership, General Partnership, and Joint Venture) and Federal tax entity election (S-Corporation, C-Corporation, Subchapter K, Disregarded Entities, and Foreign Tax Entities with Subpart F Income). Mr. Hsiang is adept at helping foreign nationals with EB-5 investment and employment-based immigration matters (H1-B “specialty occupation”; EB-1A “alien with extraordinary ability”; L-1 “intracompany transferee”; and E-1/E-2 “Treaty Trader and Treaty Investor”) along with providing ancillary business-related legal services upon entry into the United States, including (business plan, employment agreement, corporate by-laws, operating agreement, share subscription agreement, independent contractor agreement, and merger and acquisition agreement).

Previously, Mr. Hsiang assisted publicly traded NASDEQ companies with SEC private investigations where he reviewed over 90,000 legal documents written in Chinese. Mr. Hsiang previously worked as a legal news writer for where he prepared more than 3,000 summaries and analyses of the latest case law for FindLaw’s daily e-newsletters and online research database. During law school, Mr. Hsiang served as appellate law clerk intern at the Supreme Court of Guam where he worked closely with Chief Justice Robert J. Torres, and Frances Gatewood-Tydingco, Chief Federal Judge of the District Court of Guam. Throughout his career, Attorney Hsiang has engaged in numerous research and analysis of foreign tax law and tax treaties particularly those involving the People's Republic of China.
