Frank joined the firm in 1977 and is a certified specialist inworkers' compensation law. He also has expertise in public employeeretirement law and death/survivor benefits. After receiving his B.A.from the University of San Francisco in 1970 he earned his juris doctorin 1973 from its Law School, where he was a member of the Law Reviewand the McAulliffe Honor Society.
