Ethan Patrick Niedermeyer

Ethan Niedermeyer is an associate at The Dolan Law Firm. His practice areas primarily focus on personal injury, elder abuse, and medical malpractice litigation. Mr. Niedermeyer has a passion for providing others opportunity.

Mr. Niedermeyer graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law. While at USF School of Law Mr. Niedermeyer served as President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Association; and Vice President of the St. Thomas More Society. Mr. Niedermeyer continues to be active in the San Francisco Chapter of the St. Thomas More Society, and while at USF, he was also recognized for his volunteer work, earning several Pro Bono Public awards.

Prior to joining The Dolan Law Firm Mr. Niedermeyer worked for Hon. Donald J. Sullivan at the San Francisco Superior Court and Legal Assistance for Seniors (LAS) in Oakland California. This helped him to develop an intimate understanding of personal injury litigation, as well as elder abuse and medical malpractice cases brought under the Elder Abuse and Dependent Adult Civil Protection Act.

Mr. Niedermeyer received his undergraduate degree from the University of Portland. While at UP Mr. Niedermeyer competed on the basketball team. He served as Team Captain from 2008 to 2010, helping to lead his team to the school's first AP Top 25 ranking in over 50 years. His teammates voted him most inspirational player for the 2008-2009 season. Ethan was also recognized by the West Coast Conference for his combined pursuit of academic and athletic excellence by being named to the WCC All-Academic Team three consecutive years and the NABC Honors Court his senior season. Prior to starting law school, Mr. Niedermeyer played one season of professional basketball in the Pro B division of Germany, winning a championship with the Erdgas Ehingen Steeples.

Mr. Niedermeyer is admitted to practice in California state and federal courts.
