The average workers comp cases are settled within 3-5 years. Mr. Wong's s cases typically exceed the average. In some cases critical witnesses to the case have since passed, or have had a lapse of memory before they could even provide a sworn affidavit, due to the passing of year after year. He's a nice guy, but that is why the other side likes dealing with him. They exploit his laid back, nice guy finish last personality. Often when I try to contact him, he's on vacation with no back up attorney. His assistant is nice enough too, but there is only so much she can do to cover for him. The rest of the attorneys in his law firms are gogetters, so one may do much better with them than the Wong one.
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
