Biography
I practice family law in Santa Clara County. I handle many different types of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support (child support and spousal support), parentage, modification, pre-nuptial and post-marital agreements, etc. I am a past-president of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, past-president of the Sunnyvale-Cupertino Bar Association, I serve as a pro tem judge in the Santa Clara County Superior Court, and I was past president of the Santa Clara University School of Law Alumni Board. I currently serve as chair of the Pinnacle Bank advisory board. I am obsessed with surfing and enjoy playing soccer and mountain biking.

Very Helpful
I had a question and wanted advice, so I sent John Conway an email. He responded right away and gave me some insight as to my situation. I emailed another attorney at the same time and that attorney never even responded. John took the time to help me and I'm very thankful.

John Conway is the best!
All he is missing is a cape. Family court is a terrifying place and I would recommend mediating a solution if at all possible. I had an extremely complicated case that one year later is still in FCS. I was up against a lot and very scared. Conway always guided me in the right direction and encouraged...
