INCREDIBLE GOD SENT PERSONAL INJURY, DISABILITY & WORKERS COMP ATTORNEY!

I mean where do I start? Being a healthy athletic workout fanatic my entire life, I never thought that I’d ever have to live a perpetually injured life, or even become severely injured, or that I’d ever require surgery in my lifetime. I lived my life with exercise & nutrition as priority number one, ...so as not to ever contribute to my body’s possible atrophy as I age. So, when my work vehicle was struck and T-boned, by a man driving at a high rate of speed in an intersection, my life completely changed. And even though I lived through this potentially life threatening ordeal [thanks to God], and the driver who hit me admitted to running the red light and not seeing me, it did not change the consequences that would effect me for the rest of my life. And I would soon find myself in need of a few really good attorney’s who could fight for me. The original attorney that I selected had to downsize and told me that he was referring my case to his friend and colleague Jerry Scher. He assured me that Jerry Scher was the right man for the job, was highly qualified and skilled, and that he had great success working with him in the past. So, I prayed and then bet on Jerry. And Boy Am I Glad That I Did! It turns out that not only did God tell me to work with Jerry, but he ended up being my Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, and Workers Comp attorney! Early on I was told that an injury like mine could possibly worsen as the months go on, and it most definitely did. And even though some of my injuries slowly started to improve, month by month my back pain seemed to increase in severity. Per the doctors, I now have permanent nerve / spine damage, and they feel that I will never be 100% again. For an athletic workout fanatic, that’s one of the worst things that I could have ever heard! But Jerry fought for me on every case like a Pitbull or Cane Corso who had his food bowl taken away. And you don’t try to mistreat, lie to, shortchange, or do Jerry or his client wrong, as he will not relent until he wins! And in my case, not only did he win for me, but he’s a wonderful, caring person, and I now know that he was actually the better attorney for me after all. Sometimes rating numbers do not tell the whole story. I’d like to again thank Gerald Jerry Scher and all of his wonderful staff who assisted him in doing so much work on my case. God Bless them all.

Registered Nurse Injured At Work

After some thirty years of nursing it finally happened, I was helping a partially paralyzed patient to his wheelchair ; when he slipped I caught him and felt a pull in my back. Two days later I could barely walk. MRI revealed herniated disc. Coworkers advised me to get a lawyer. When i first Mr. Sch...er he listened to my story, He told me I did not need a lawyer, that my company would take care of me. When the hospital's insurance company denied my claim I returned to Mr. Scher, he immediately went to work for me, told me not to worry, he would take care of everything. To make a long story short, when the insurance co. wanted to give me a partial settlement Mr. Scher went to battle mode. He got me a full settlement with more money than I thought, and he got the insurance company to provide me medical care for any issues, or problems I may encounter in the future related to my work injury. When you are injured you NEED an experienced attorney. I would recommend Jerry Scher to anyone . He wiill get you results. Just remember this is a process, you have to be patient, and trust your attorney.

SUPER GOOD AND WORKED HARD FOR MY CASE

Jerry did more for me then I anticipated. Though I was willing to settle for a lesser amount on my workman's compensation case. He went out of his way and got me over 38% more. he would respond to my emails and phone calls on weekend and even when he was out of town on his vacation...Cant say enough... about his integrity and drive.

Personal Injury and Workers Comp Case Results

I was very pleased with the work done on my behalf in 2 cases regarding Workers Comp & Personal Injury. Jerry and Kerry both kept me in the loop on what was happening and explained everything along the way so I understood what to expect. I received a nice Workers Comp settlement and then the Perso...nal Injury Case proceeded rather quickly after that and it too resulted in a generous settlement. Jerry was straight forward and likable. I would recommend him and his Firm to both friends and family, and if need be I would call on his services again myself. Thanks again Jerry!

Don't Do It

When I first went to this firm i was actually looking for another attorney .They never told me where he was ,but they ended up taking my case.At first i had a lady attorney who was nice ,but after a while Mr.Scher took over.He did not like returning my calls and when he did he made me feel very stupi...d for asking questions. After we went to court and he called me a name in front of people in the WCAB waiting room I knew then and there I did not want him representing me at all.I went in search of another attorney and that sure proved to be a very good move.I sure wish i did not have to deal with this attorney and I hope others learn from my mistake .
