OUTCOME: Appraiser clients were dismissed without any payment to Plaintiff.

Plaintiff M Capital Funding, a hard money lender, apparently made a loan without performing sufficient underwriting. After being swindled by the borrower, plaintiff sued our real estate appraiser clie ... nts, Defendants Noble and Pickett, even though our clients never appraised plaintiff's security for the loan. Our clients appraised the property next door. Neither of our clients had anything to do with M Capital, the property, or plaintiff's loan.
