Jennifer E Pesek

I signed a agreement for representation and fee with Sandgarden Law Group, the business of Jennifer E. Pesek. I paid a significant retainer. Shortly after the retainer was paid and before any of the work was delivered (the agreement states that an Operating Agreement for my company would be draft...ed), Ms. Pesek claimed to have an out-of-state family emergency. She asked for my patience as she needed to leave town for a while. I agreed to the delay with the understanding that she would complete the work when she returned. She never contacted me again. I have written to her 7 times and I have called her office more times than I can count. Phone calls are answered by a service; the service does not provide an answer to my questions about whether she is in town or still practicing. She has never provided any service beyond the initial consultation. She has never responded to any of my many attempts to reach her.
