Highest recommendation.

Edmund is patient, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. My father passed away and I was having a difficult time navigating how to administer his trust. Edmund went above and beyond before I was even an official paying client to help answer specific in-depth questions I had. ...This really made it an easy decision to choose him to administer my father's trust as well as create my own trust. He knows everything there is to know about his field, was always quick to respond to any emails and he exceeded my expectations. His rates are extremely fair and I have already referred him to several of my family members.

Great Estate Planning Attorney

Recently, there was a death in my family, and unfortunately, there was no will. Because there was no will, the estate was required to go through probate. The process seemed to last forever before the family members received their inheritance. I didn't want my children to experience the hassle and e...xpense involved with probate, so I searched on the internet for a Trust Attorney to help me create an estate plan; I searched several trust companies and found Edmund Yan, an estate plan attorney, and decided to use his service. It was the correct decision because Edmund, a customer-oriented person, took time personally and through his videos to provide me with in-depth information about the Estate Planning process, the Trust, and its benefits on the phone. Edmund was precise in every aspect of the process, timely, and created every document I needed for my Trust. Best of all, I didn't have to leave my house to complete the signature and notary of all documents. He sent a notary to my house at no cost. Additionally, I can make changes to my Trust at no charge for the life of the Trust. Edmund was a pleasure to work with, and I recommend his service to anyone looking for a competent and caring Trust Attorney.

Great Service

Attorney Yan is a very attentive to your needs. He will be the best choice if you are looking for an Estate Planning Attorney. He helped me with a Living Trust when the pandemic hit in 2020. He was very fast in getting the documents to me for signatures by sending a notary to my house. I wanted to ge...t all my documents in order in 2020 case something would happen to me. I had a half sharing/interest of my property and I was able to do it for my 50%. Then now in 2022, I decided to sell my 50% share of the property, and Attorney Yan was very attentive and guided me through the process making sure that I was out of the interest of the property, and that I still maintained a bank account under the trust for the deposit. I can't thank him enough for his attention to my calls or emails during the process, and he did this at no extra charge. He was truly a blessing because he walked me through the process. You will not regret getting his service. His service is 100% genuine in your best interest. Again, he is fast, reliable, and provides additional guidance without extra charge. Thank you Attorney Yan for your great service.

Outstanding service and clear communications

Simply put: Edward is punctual, helpful, organized and very clear in his goals for his client as well as the quality of his work. Edward utilizes online teleconference and is personally available and responsive. He is not the cheapest lawyer available, but his confidence and genuine concern is we...ll worth his fee. I had a will created as part of my overall estate planning and Edmund helped organize my thoughts and pointed out the pitfalls with his methodology. I am confident that his experience and demeanor during the process focused the key points and resulted in a complete binder of clear instructions avoiding risks and giving guidance and clarity to my thoughts for my family.
