Jonathan David Feuchtwang

I a patent attorney with 26 years of experience. I started out in a boutique patent firm, then in a large general practice firm before staring an in-house career at Zimmer a global manufacturer of orthopedic implants. I relocated to Norther California in 2006 and vas fraction VP of IP and GC to three spinoffs (Cierra, Cabochon and evalve) of The Foundry (a prolific incubator). EValve was acquired by Abbott in 2009 and I was Senior IP Counsel at Abbott Vascular until 2015. 

I was fractional VP of IP and GC at Invuity and Graftworx (now Alio) since 2015. In 2019 Stryker acquired Invuity, and I replaced Invuity with Biomodex, SAS and Minerva Surgical where I was consulting VP of IP and GC and continued my work for Alio. 

I have a lot of experience with startups (both early and late stage). 

I have managed litigation (patent, employee relations, product liability insurance) though I am not a litigator.
